In addition to the technical capabilities they bring to the job, those working in the public service need strong leadership and management skills, regardless of the sector in which they work. The School of Public Service is building a new generation of public sector leaders, while at the same time improving the skills of those currently serving. Our students have undergraduate degrees in many fields. They work for governments, NGOs, and International Organizations like the UN. They range in age from 26 to 56 years old, and represent ever state in the country.
