Academic year 2015/2016 will begin in August 2015. Applications for admission can be picked-up at the Secretariat for Graduate Studies (second floor of the University of Juba Administration Building) and at the School of Public Service (University of Juba Customs Campus near the John Garang Memorial). The application can also be downloaded by clickinghere.
You will be asked to provide the following as part of the application process:
- A completed “Application for Admission” form
- A copy of your Bachelor’s diploma from an institution accredited by a recognized accreditation agency
- A copy of your undergraduate transcripts
- Two passport size photographs with your name and signature on the back. The photos should be stapled to the upper right hand side of the first page of the application form.
- Two essays
- A non-refundable application fee
- Two recommendation forms
