MPP Admissions Requirements
We seek promising applicants from all backgrounds. The admissions process is competitive. You must meet the following requirements to be considered for admissions to our Master’s program.
✪ An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
✪ Proven academic ability and the aptitude to complete a challenging academic program
✪ Strong leadership capacity
✪ Work experience
✪ Proficiency in math and English (writing, reading comprehension, and speaking)
✪ Commitment to serve the people and country of South Sudan
✪ Commitment to the School of Public Service’s Core Values
MPP Admissions Process
The academic year begins in August. Applications for the Master’s program can be picked-up in April from the School of Public Service (on the Customs Campus across from Freedom Hall). The most recent application can also be downloaded by clicking the link on our homepage. You will be asked to provide the following as part of the application process:
✪ A completed “Admission Application” form
✪ A copy of your Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a recognized accreditation agency
✪ A copy of your undergraduate transcripts
✪ Two passport size photographs with your name and signature on the back.
✪ A copy of your CV
✪ A non-refundable application fee
Candidates will also be asked to take math and English exams, as well as participate in an interview. Please see the Application for detailed instructions and due date.
